This ingenious design allows you to easily slide in the cups and run any size bearings. Most Conversion Kits only allow the 19mm mid bearings but this gives you access to 19mm, 22mm, and 24mm. Change out those 1 piece cranks and get you some heavy duty 3 piece cranks.
