The Total BMX bottom bracket are super smooth crank bearings that fit a frame with a mid bottom bracket. The bearings fit a 19mm or 22mm crank set and press directly in the frame. The bearing are precision sealed with a water proof dust cover to keep all the junk out of the bearings. You will receive multiple thicknesses to sprocket spacers to align your sprockets evenly. If your cranks seem rough press these Total Mid bottom bracket in your frame.
