All online orders are packed and ready to ship next business day (excludes the day your order was placed, Saturdays, Sunday and holidays), orders take 2 -3 business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) to be delivered after they are packed, you will receive a email with tracking info the day after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email 4 business days after you placed your order, please contact us and we will get you sorted. Please email us if you have any problems with your order including receiving the wrong item, color, or size. If mistake was due to us shipping will be covered. If you would like to return an item please email us before shipping it back. You will need to cover shipping to us and will receive the full retail price of the item you purchase including sales tax if applicable. You will not receive shipping cost of your purchase. Please read above for email response time.
