If you are having trouble with a email response after 3 business days call us at 951-534-6690 and someone can forward it to someone that can research your order and respond to you promptly. Please be courteous when calling we are always extremely busy and may not answer. Please do not call on private so we can have your number and call you back.

All online orders are packed and ready to ship next business day (excludes the day your order was placed, Saturdays, Sunday and holidays) occasionally they are packed and shipped the same day if ordered early enough in the day, orders take 2 -3 business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) in CA, AZ, & NV to be delivered after they are packed. All other states take 2 - 5 business days to be delivered, Occasionally it will ship from my warehouses around the country and ship to you in 1 - 3 business days. If an item is not available in the warehouse closest to your location it will be shipped from your nearest warehouse. This usually occurs when the demand is extremely high for a specific item. This method is faster than waiting for the specific item to ship to Riverside, California then ship to you. You will receive a email with tracking info the day after your order has been shipped, occasionally the same day. If your label was created and does not show movement please be patient, occasionally your package is not scanned until your postman delivers it. If you do not receive the package in 5 business and your package doesn't show movement contact me and I will research it and put a tracer on your package. If package gets lost you will receive a replacement or a refund. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email 4 business days after you placed your order, please contact us and we will get you sorted.

*If your package is stolen after your postman delivers it or if it says delivered and is not there these tips may help. Ask your postman if you received a package on said date. Ask postman where it was placed, ask neighbors if they received your package on accident. Check your front door cameras to see if it was stolen. If stolen file a claim with the delivery service and ask them if you need to file a report to your local police.

***FREE SHIPPING!!! We offer FREE SHIPPING on MOST BIKES (excluding E-bikes, oversized bike boxes and large items. Items like bikes may have a small shipping cost and it allows you to purchased fast shipping for very cheap. PLEASE BE AWARE that none of these option will expedite ship this product. All large or oversize items will ship UPS or FEDEX ground. You can REQUEST FREE SHIPPING after your bike has been delivered and has been inspected to be totally functionable. Email me with the email use to place your order, order number, and a brief description requesting a refund for the shipping you paid. I will refund you 2 - 5 business days after I reply to your email.

Please email us if you have any problems with your order including receiving the wrong item, color, or size. If mistake was due to us shipping will be covered. If you would like to return an item please email us before shipping it back. You will need to cover shipping to us and will receive the full retail price of the item you purchase including sales tax if applicable. You will not receive shipping cost of your purchase. Please read above for email response time.
